1. The short version
We use a small number of cookies. Most of them are needed to make the site work — keeping you signed in, protecting the payment page from abuse, and remembering your cookie choice. Those are always on.
We also use Google Analytics on our marketing site to see how people find us. That only runs if you say yes. If you don’t, it doesn’t load at all.
The parking payment page uses no analytics cookies whatsoever. If you are a driver paying at a car park barrier or entrance, the only cookies involved are the ones needed to process your payment securely.
2. What a cookie is
A small file a website stores on your device. Some let a site remember you between pages, some help with security, and some measure how the site is used. This notice also covers similar technologies such as local storage and pixels, which do much the same job.
3. The cookies we use
3.1 Strictly necessary — always on
These are required for the service to function. We do not need your consent for them, and you cannot turn them off through our banner, though your browser can block them.

Stripe’s cookies are set when the payment page loads and are used to detect fraudulent card use. They are necessary for taking payment safely, so they are treated as strictly necessary.
3.2 Analytics — only with your consent
Used on our marketing pages only. Not used on the parking payment page.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics collects the pages you view, how long you spend on them, how you arrived at the site, your device and browser type, and an approximate location based on your IP address. We use this to understand which pages are useful and where our visitors come from. We do not use it to identify individuals, and we do not use Google’s advertising features.

3.3 What we don’t use
We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, social media trackers, or any cookie that follows you to other websites. We do not sell information collected by cookies.
4. Your choices
When you first visit, we show a banner with two clear options: accept analytics, or reject them. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and nothing beyond the strictly necessary cookies loads until you choose. If you reject, or close the banner without choosing, no analytics cookies are set.
To change your mind later, use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of this page (or in the site footer). You can switch analytics on or off at any time.
Through your browser, you can block or delete cookies entirely. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop the dashboard from working and may prevent payments from completing. Instructions are in your browser’s help pages, and aboutcookies.org has plain-English guidance for every major browser.
5. Changes to this notice
If we add or remove a cookie, we will update this notice and, where the change affects analytics or anything else needing consent, ask for your choice again.
